It is a individual box it contains 20 little packets with three small tostadas... very expensive! $19 for a box!! It’s not worth it..

How many carbs are in them?

The nutritional chart for Salmas can be found on line. I googled it and found that one package contains 14g Carbs minus 1g for fiber making the total Carbohydrates 13g per package. I hope you find this helpful!

Superb truly. Like a gluten free matzo bread. Add EVOL and olives with sea salt for a savory snack. Add sunflower butter and honey for a nice after meal treat. These are fantastic and neutral flavored just as a good matzo or saltine cracker should be. Fine job here.
