Had some issues with setting this phone us but finally was able to get it setup but still having one problem. Seems to be a problem with the antenna. I'll have full signal then it just cuts out then a few minutes later the signal returns. I can't rely on the phone to keep it's signal to make calls. I only use it currently for texting and even then it gives me trouble sometimes when the signal drops out. I'll have to request an exchange here soon and hope that resolves the problem.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It was as shown however I ordered blue and got purple. The reason I got the blue is because I have boys. Now they’re stuck with a purple phone.

This item is supposed to use WhatsApp. However, right after the return window closed, WhatsApp stopped working and we received a warning that this phone does not work with WhatsApp--I wonder if this was intentional. In addition, the SMS quit working.It was advertised that the phone battery lasted a long time, the battery life is extremely short and you basically just have to keep the phone plugged in all the time. Since this item is no longer available, I believe this was a scam.
