With a high-performing vehicle, I didn’t want dealership license plate frames taking away from the look of the car. These frames were exactly what I was looking for — high quality, understated, and complementary to the vehicle without being distracting. The fit was perfect and installation was easy. They’ve held up extremely well in different weather conditions, which is important where we live in Ohio. After months of exposure to snow, slush, and road salt, they still look just as good as they did when I first installed them. Overall, these frames offer excellent value, quality, and appearance. Was looking for a license plate frame to replace the hideous one the dealer put on my new BMW X5. I've ordered expensive carbon fiber frames before, but didn't feel like forking out a lot of money this time. I came across these simple black metal frames with the BMW M colors striped across the lower right corner. Just enough color to give it some style, but nothing gaudy. When I received them, I was glad to see they were straight and not bent. The material wasn't particular thick, so I can see how these could bend fairly easily if you're not careful. Up close, you can see the paint they used for the M colors wasn't done that great and you can see some 'striping' where it looks like someone quickly painted with a brush. Of course, most people aren't going to look that closely to a license plate frame so I don't think its a huge deal and it looks fine from a normal distance. Bonus are the included tire valve stem covers that have some of the M colors on them. I sprayed a little silicone lubricant inside them for good measure and installed them, and they look great. I've had issues with other valve stem covers getting stuck when the material corroded inside. The silicone helps prevents that.

You cannot beat this for the price. It comes with the frame and matching valve stem covers. The frame is just a touch on the large side, but once you tighten the screw and put the covers on it is great. Bolts shouldnt rust either since it comes with covers.
