Absolutely love these tables really helps me when I'm tired but don't want to drink coffee or tea they r amazing price and really great tablets will buy again

When driving late at night as soon as I start feeling tired I take 2 of these. Wakes me up no end and keeps you alert. Works remarkably well quickly. If you/your body is used to energy drinks often maybe these wont so as effective? But for me they have been a revelation!

It definitely gives you a lift. Best not taken on an empty stomach, and probably not suitable for people with IBS or other sensitive stomach issues. There can be a slight “come-down” feeling afterward, but nothing too severe. Good value for money and easy to swallow. Caffeine can actually help with headaches as it reduces pressure in the head due to its diuretic effect (this was explained to me in hospital — I’m not a doctor). They were particularly helpful after I had a fairly traumatic spinal tap that had to be repeated multiple times.
