Can i use this on my mercedes amg?

This is thermal paste for a Personal Computer's CPU dye or GPU dye. I am assuming you could use this on your mercedes amg computer if you needed to, but I would assume any warranty would be voided and I honestly can't think of a reason why you would need this.

Swear I cannot figure out how to open this syringe! Puncture tube? Clip the end? Twist the black thing? Noctua package & website are useless - help!

It's a little odd-looking, but the 'black thing' is a twist cap. Just use some pliers, or scissors (points down between the black and the clear, edges not-quite-closed around the sides of the black cap so they can apply force to the little tabs on the cap). The hot water mentioned can help. No cutting required.

How many "average" sized CPUs would this cover?

eight to ten average sized CPUs

Recommended storage time (before use) up to 2 years, so this mean before unpack or before open the cap? This has production date on package?

It means that the product is good to use for up to 2 years AFTER you open the cap; no, there is no production date on the package
