Yes. Cookie Nip is glycerine based and has a smooth silky syrup consistency.

Q: How concentrated is this flavoring ? If a recipe ask for 1 tbsp of vanilla would it be too much or it will be fine ?

I use just 2 teaspoons in a batch of cookie dough that uses 1 pound of butter (for a reference). I feel it is a bit stronger than regular vanilla. People like it, it's delicious!
