What waist range would be most accurate for Small? I have a 31 In. waist.

I'm 33/34 waist and got the Medium. Seems a good fit, have been wearing them exclusively all summer, keeps the nuts trussed, loins girded etc. Thought I'd give these jocks a try in the Mediterranean summer heat--will never go back to "underwear" now. Straps are not on the tight side--comfortable and keep the pocket on the rocket. Check the recommended size range, worked for me.

If i order one size bigger will the cup size be bigger also?

I would imagine the cup would be a little bigger but these are not like a regular jock they do have more room up front but if you got a big package then it’s gonna be snug

does the crotch give good support?

The pouch gives very good support for regular activities as well as exercising. Unless you get an erection everything stays snug and well supported within the pouch.
