The Amazon Fresh individual russet potatoes have been great recently. They’re fresh, clean, and delicious when you bake them at 350° for 90 minutes. I try to bake them the same week they arrive. I keep them in the plastic bag they come in so they stay fresh. The flavor can’t be beat. Martha offers a baked, smashed potato with butter and caviar at her restaurant, The Bedford, for $90 each. (!!!). I bake them for $.68 apiece haha (no caviar). Nice job, Amazon Fresh, one of my favorite products from you.

Great buy.
Arrived in great condition. Great price. Great quality. Clean. Very fresh. Used to make potato soup. The soup turned out great. First time purchasing. Will purchase again.

Definitely Will Buy Again
Amazon sent premier potatoes: large, fresh, & tasty. I baked mine for 45 minutes on a cookie sheet, after rubbing on a coat of olive oil and course salt.

An excellent all-around potato
You can’t go wrong with a good potato. You can boil it, you can mash it, you can put it in a stew. I found this potato met all my potato needs. I do like a good potato, and this potato has really stepped up and met every potato function that I have required of it. Baked, cut open and serve with more butter than it’s probably healthy and lots of salt and pepper, it takes me to a happy place. Well done potato!

Excellent potato.
This was an outstanding potato. It was firm and light brown in color. When roasted with salt and olive oil it was even better. Highly recommend.
