I mainly cook middle eastern food and been using Pomegranate Molasses for many years. This one is the best I found so far outside of the Middle East. It’s thick and tart but sweet just enough. Used it in cooking as well as a finishing glaze. Love the taste and consistency. Being organic is a bonus!

This stuff is like crack...just be warned! I had a brussels sprouts recipe that called for this and needless to say, I’ll never make them any other way! And it’s good on pretty much anything you can imagine that could use a sweet/tart syrup. It’s the bomb on ice cream! Can you imagine finding something (other than nuts) that is good on veggies AND ice cream? Enjoy!

This pomegranate molasses is high quality. I used it to make Simit, which is a Turkish bread that is like a bagel.

I would have given more stars if I had gotten more than a months worth of use. The product’s expiration date was a month after my purchase date. The manufacturer date was well before then.

Bought it because it was in Ottolenghi’s list of things you should have in your pantry. It’s so good! I use it a lot and will be ordering more.

This is sold as pomegranate molasses. There was a sticker on the bubble wrap saying "Made with 100% natural pomegranate fruit juice." The actual label says 'pomegranate sauce; the ingredients lists sugar first; "pomegranate flavor" and preservatives are the last two. It should be illegal not to allow returns, when outright lies are used to sell it.

I've used this brand before, it's like balsamic glaze but pleasingly tart. If you haven't had it before, give it a try. Very good on ice cream, drizzled on bread and served with oil, as a dip for Mediterranean foods, salad... endless possibilities.
