If you're going through a bit of pain for whatever reason (such as toothache) and have trouble swallowing tablets / capsules, then I highly recommend this paracetamol. It is fast acting (up to 20 mins or sooner) and has caffeine which helps speed up the pain relief and give yourself a boost of energy. To use these: - Fill cup of water - Take a tablet or 2 (DO NOT EXCEED THE STATED DOSAGE IN THE PAMPHLET) - Put the tablet(s) into the cup of water - Give it a minute or 2 to fizz and dissolve - Once fully dissolved, drink. - The paracetamol should start working almost immediately.

These soluble tablets were bought at a time of Flu with all its nasty symptoms. Sore throat, headache, pain in every single bone and eyelash on my head and hot enough to cook eggs on. This is no exaggeration, btw. Two in a tumbler of cool water, and they really helped. This medication didn't make me better, but it made me feel marginally better, and I was able to sleep, and I was able to drink more water as my throat improved. There are 24 tablets in the box, and there are now 12 left, so I think a fair recommendation of efficacy.

Good product and great price works very well quick delivery

I get these as sometimes I have issues swallowing tablets - they’re pretty similar in price to non brand and they taste better too (less chemical taste to them). They also seem to dissolve easily and quickly without having to nudge them along. They come in soft blister packets, sealed until use and each tablet has its own perforated section (they’re grouped in four) and then easy to tear one or two open as needed. I always pop a shot of juice in a glass and fill halfway with water then drop two in and give it five mins to let them dissolve. I find using summer fruits or strawberry flavour juice tends to do the job of making them palatable and straw (metal so reusable of course) You get quite a few per pack so they do last for quite some time - been buying them every few months as they’re always useful to have in too. They do have caffeine in which may not suite everyone including myself but I don’t take them often enough to have any side effects from that.
