Basically same quality, the potency is consistent, for me I usually take about 4, more than that does give me more energy, not jittery but effective. If you take them every day I will say for energy you will have to increase dosage. I am not a holistic doctor but from my research there isn't any devastating side effects from these. I consume these for detox and as a basic health supplement. The tablets are small, easy to swallow, you dont want to chew them up as they will get stuck in your teeth and that's no fun.

This bag lasts a long time, depending on how many you take. I usually chew at least 10 at a time, more if I have been around sick people. I like it better than having to take another capsule.
