The bottle came shipped loose, outside of its box, and arrived visibly dented and wrinkled, nothing like the smooth, rigid bottle shown in the product photos. Since this didn't match the packaging I'd expect from La Roche-Posay, I actually had to stop and verify it was authentic before using it, checking the ingredient list, lot number, and expiration date against official sources just to feel confident it was real. That shouldn't be something a customer has to do. I'm also concerned about product integrity, not just appearance. Shipping a product outside its box, unprotected, raises real questions about whether it was exposed to heat, pressure, or other conditions that could affect what's inside, especially for a skincare formula. Brand consistency matters, and this didn't meet the standard I'd expect from La Roche-Posay or from an Amazon-fulfilled order.

This has quickly become one of my favourite face cleansers. It’s incredibly gentle and leaves my skin feeling clean without making it feel tight or stripped afterwards. Even when my skin is feeling irritated or sensitive, it helps leave it feeling calm and comfortable. The texture is pleasant, it rinses away easily, and a small amount goes a long way, so the bottle lasts well. Since using it regularly, my skin feels healthier and more balanced, and it’s become a staple in my skincare routine. If you have sensitive skin or just want a reliable, gentle everyday cleanser, I couldn’t recommend this enough.
