I’ve been using the lemon flavor throughout my breastfeeding journey, and it’s honestly helped me stay consistently hydrated in a way plain water just didn’t. The lemonade flavor is so refreshing (not too sweet or artificial) and actually makes me want to drink more water. I’ve noticed that on days I drink LMNT mixed with water regularly, I feel more energized and less dehydrated or fatigued. It doesn't leave an after taste and dissolves easily.

My doctor recommended I drink more electrolytes as my vision would go blurry when standing up. LMNT is a game changer and this lemonade flavor is good. Citrus salt is still the GOAT. Dissolves easy. Quality is good. I know it a little pricey but do it! I’m 32 years old, 6-5 and 200lbs.

These are great! We love a lot of the other flavors and decided to try this one. It tastes great and it's a perfect size for my waterbottle. All you have to do is shake it up, and it dissolves very easily.
