Can this be used to make vanilla flavored milk?

I wouldn’t use it for that. Kari syrup is mostly used for baking and candy making.

is there a use by date?

There is. The new one I bought has one for sep 2017. I suspect each bottle will have a different one depending on the batch it was in.

Can this be used in dressing for macaroni salads?

By itself, I would definitely not. Maybe you could find some sort of recipe to mix it with some other things, but honestly, I probably still wouldn't. It's too thick and sweet. A few of its more common uses is jello and pecan pie filling.

買えて嬉しい

アメリカンクッキーに使うために買いました。昔は輸入ショップで千円くらいで買えましたが、今はどこにもなく値段も高くて。これで、十数年ぶりに作れます。

Get what you expect

It is what it is. Would be nice if it were 500 ml instead of 473.

Exactly as advertised, loved it.

I bought it to make candy during covid-19 quarantine with my kids and it worked as intended. Kids learned on how hard candy is made and loved its taste.

Great base for fake blood recipe

There's not much to say about corn syrup. I used it as the base for a fake blood recipe for a photo shoot. The consistency was just about right and the models had no problem at all with the taste!
