Will these work for adults as well as OcuSoft lid scrub pads but without irritation?

It did work for me as an adult but I'm not sure if its ok for everyone.

Can this be used on inner eyelid rim to get blephartis crust off?

Yes, I used it on myself for that purpose at the recommendation of my ophthalmologist but I haven't used this product on a baby.

How is this baby version of OcuSoft different (ingredient-wise) from the Ocusoft for adults?

I have not used the adult version

Are these softer than the adult wipes?

Yes, they are larger and milder than the adult wipes. When I had eye issues, the adult wipes were irritating my eyes. Eye doc said to switch to these wipes and he was right.
