The gimbal itself is great, yet the microphones don't work in the way the listing makes out. They only work with iPhone 16 and up, and I have a 12 and so they were totally useless. Having said that, the customer service dept were incredible and refunded me the cost of the mics, and all I am left with is a great gimbal that I just wish had easier to follow instructions for new comers to content creation and video recording. It might take me a year to figure it all out and I'm not the biggest fan of constant YouTube videos for every little thing I need to know about the product I've bought. Personal preference of course, I'm simply giving my own personal viewpoint on it, from a total newbie perceptive and no more. Otherwise, it's' a really great gimbal and I'm sure will be even better when I've figured it all out.

Sold predominantly as a gimbal for iPhone from 12 upwards, but mic is incompatible. The receiver is usb, iPhone 12 is lightning. The gimbal is good, just don't buy the mic package if you have iPhone 12. Insta360 contacted me and resolved the problem, amazing customer service. I am not returning the gimbal, it is a great gimbal with useful features, but I do now have a different audio solution. Highly recommend the gimbal, and the Mic Air IF you have a USB connector on your iPhone.

No soy profesional en video ni grabación, pero justamente por eso me gustó tanto: es súper fácil de usar y no necesitas saber de producción para lograr tomas estables y de buena calidad. El estabilizador con IA sigue muy bien los movimientos, así que sirve perfecto para grabar contenido, vlogs, viajes o videos diarios sin que todo quede movido. Además, que sea plegable lo hace muy práctico para llevar en el bolso y usar en cualquier momento. El micrófono también mejora bastante el audio sin tener que comprar equipos adicionales. Si haces contenido o simplemente quieres grabar mejor con tu celular, no necesitas ser profesional para sacarle provecho. Muy recomendado 👍✨

Needs improvement with tracking. There’s definitely a learning curve to use it smoothly. Stability is great. It’s at a good price point for the available features. I still have better control with just my hand-and-eye coordination when it comes to panning and tracking. Tracking feature keeps losing what it is tracking. I have yet to find a good use for it personally. It’s best if what it is tracking is in a controlled environment. If the object being tracked becomes small enough, it loses its tracking function and it may start looking for something similar to track. If the object is similar with others in the frame, it will lose tracking again. If you just want a gimbal, this is great! If you want tracking close up, it’s also great! I have the latest iphone so video quality is superb. All-in-all it does its job as a gimbal.
