Can I buy replacement earbud tips for these? One cracked.

I've purchased replacement tips from Earphones Plus. Prices are pretty reasonable, and quality is good. You want to select from 'size 4 earphone tips' -- they have silicone tips which seem to be a perfect match.

Do these have an angled headphone jack or one of the straight ones, which really suck.

After you bought these earbuds how long before they started having probelms?

I'm using a 2.5 year old pair that isn't having any audio problems, but I've decided to replace them because the casing around the wire has worn and the wire is exposed right around where they go into the earbud. I've been pretty rough on these and used them daily with my PC for hours at a time. My cat got tangled in the wires and unceremoniously yanked them out of my ears and/or speakers many, many times. Yet they still work 100% fine. I think the wear and tear on the cables is remarkably light considering their usage. I have a few pairs of these headphones around the house in different colors, for my phone and other devices. Many of these are over 5 years old and still fully functional, without any exposed wiring or anything like that. I was much harder on my PC pair than any of the others. These are super solid earbuds that last. Not a single pair has failed on me yet.
