Très déçu du produit, Après avoir bien suivi les instructions, mon hydromel sent le vinaigre … donc 3kg de miel à mettre à la poubelle…

A great gift set (the required parts are available cheaper from this supplier but the box is perfect for a special present!) I also reached out to their customer support and received a swift friendly response, cannot fault the company. My mead is currently brewing but seems to be going well!

I followed the instructions using just Kirkland 100% honey from Costco, and a jug of spring water. After 6 weeks it came out around 12% abv, dry, very clear, and surprising smooth. All the equipment is high quality. My only gripe is, though optional, I wish it came with a hydrometer so you can confirm when fermentation is done. For the price I highly recommend if you're just getting started with home brewing!

Es war ein Geschenk und ist sehr gut angekommen. Es wurde auch gleich ausprobiert. Einfach erklärt und alles beisammen, nur noch den Honig aussuchen und los geht's.
