These Matiz Seafood Variety Pack (10 cans, one of each) are amazing if you love canned sardines or just want to try premium tinned seafood. Everything is packed in clean olive oil with no weird additives, and the quality stands out right away. The fish is firm, flavorful, and not at all fishy.The lightly smoked sardines were my absolute favorite, super tasty with great texture. The octopus came out tender instead of chewy like some brands, the mackerel was rich and meaty, the bonito had nice smoky depth, and the cockles and mussels were plump and delicious straight from the can. I mostly ate them on crackers with a bit of lemon or hot sauce, but they would work great in salads or on toast too.I gifted a few cans to my dad, and he loved them. He couldn’t stop talking about how much better they tasted than regular grocery store stuff.The only downside is they’re not cheap, but for the variety and step up in quality, it’s worth it as a treat or to share. If you enjoy sardines especially, these are a fantastic way to explore more options.5 stars, and I’ll probably grab another pack down the road.

The variety is very nice and the quality of each pack is lovely. The olive oil is clean and doesn't make the canned contents melt or feel mushy to the point where they fall apart. The quality is just lovely. I made a simple little salad with the bonito which was very very nice. The Octopus is what I was looking forward to the most as well as the mackerel but the bonito was a nice surprise. The overall variety is great and the sardines are a solid 9/10. I've yet to try the cockles but I am trying to figure out if I should incorporate them into a pasta or what, we shall see. Overall, I loved it and think it was a fun buy. I mostly buy sardines, mackerel, octopus and scallops but it was nice to try other things along with multiple sardine flavors.Would I buy the pack again, nope! I mean for the price, yesssss but because I picked out what I like I will go straight to that from now on. I don't need everything else in the pack but if you want a nice surprise from a tinned seafood variety pack, this one is it! I loved it.

Down one star, since it seems slightly over priced. Otherwise great quality, and nice variety.

Superior quality fish and preparation over what is available in my local grocery stores. Also the price is about 1$/can cheaper online than where i can by these sardines locally. The delivery and packaging were prompt and professional.The sardines are more plump and prepared in wonderful olive oil with a variety of carefully portioned spices.
