Very useful
Nice and light. Very helpful as I have a weak knee and find that these poles make a real difference when I go for longer walks, esp on uneven terrain.

Five Stars
Brilliant, much lighter, straps more comfortable and easier to adjust than my old poles.

An absolute Gem!
Real quality I rely on them more than I should put my full weight on them (I am twice my recommended size) and they sow no signs of weakness love them! Not a single blister ultra light adjustable sturdy! An absolute Gem!

Ok, but too easy to loosen
They were ok, lightweight and did the job. However, I found that the adjustments were too easy to loosen accidentaly, meaning the poles would start shrinking during use, and they were fiddly to tighten again, especially in cold weather. Switched to a pair of black diamond poles which work much better.

A must have for hill walking
I am very impressed with these walking poles. I test walked them at the weekend. These are my first ever pair of walking poles and I now won't walk without them. They are sturdy, comfortable grips, lightweight, easy to carry and fit well onto my rucksack, great quality and well worth the money. I would highly recommend!

Light, easy to adjust, but no abti-shock suspension
I've had a Leki Makalu Super for years, so when our daughter wanted a pole it was going to be a Leki. The Cresida has a smaller diameter cork grip, it's light and the wrist band is soft and flexible. I like the rounded top like the Makalu, as I use that when I'm going down hill. Speedlock 2 length adjustment is by tension-adjustable overcentre levers instead of the usual twist to lock arrangement, and that could be why it doesn't have anti-shock suspension. Unfortunately Leki no longer sell the Pad Butler for storing the ferrule (pad) on the pole tube. A nice pole that came as a single unit, not as a pair.

Essential equipment for serious hiking
Used walking poles for the first time on a recent hiking trip (100km over 5 days) where terrain was 'moderate'. Could have done it without but would have been challenging, particular for the descents with loose rocks over rough, uneven terrains. Very helpful for the ascents too. Very useful bit of equipment for hiking.

Sturdy
Not the lightest in weight but I need walking poles for stability I have dizziness all the time and find thelse look really nice as well as supportive.
