High quality yoga mat holder. Was so easy to install. I used different screws and washers in order to install it into studs instead of using the drywall anchors that came with it. Looks great!

Work great for stretching out my hip flexors. I have a plethora of back issues... surgery on my spine 1y ago. I can really feel my hip flexors stretching while using this product. Worth the money. However, for me It does hurt due to the stiffness of the product. To each their own due to Pain tolerance for individuals.

Arrived quickly, well packaged. Does exactly what I need. Keeping my back in shape if used regularly. No complaints. Just the right hardness without being too harsh.
