Does the job nicely!

Works, but range is very limited. Quite unlike the original Apple TV remote

Can survive a wash cycle.
My remote somehow made its way into the laundry (thanks, adhd) and survived an entire wash cycle. Took it out of the washer and used it 1 hour later like nothing happened. 10/10 durable, reliable, and now very clean.
