My daughter plays competitive softball, so she wears this headband all of the time to keep the sweat out of eyes. It works so well at keeping out the UV rays that she has a headband tan on her forehead, which she is not so thrilled about! I would definitely buy this item again.

The headband does keep you cool and it is long enough to tie it into a bow in the back if you'd like!
