How is the bouquet delivered?

Prestige Flowers bouquets arrive fresh, wrapped in an aqua pack to keep them hydrated, and presented in a carefully designed box to protect the blooms during delivery.

Can I add a personalised message with my order?

Yes, you can include a custom message to be sent with your flowers at checkout.

Why do my flowers look "in bud" or tightly packed when they arrive?

We often send flowers in bud to protect them during transit and ensure they have the longest possible vase life. With proper care (trimming stems, fresh water, flower food), they will typically bloom beautifully within 48-72 hours.
