This box is beautiful. The wood is stunning and it is perfectly finished. I got it to hold receipts so my desk won’t look so cluttered. Not only will it help with organization, it looks beautiful as well.

This is a beautiful box and very well constructed. It's for my son's Rosaries and it's just perfect. He actually picked this out, but doesn't know he's getting it, and I know he's going to love it.

Beautiful, well made

When I ordered this it took about a month to receive from overseas and it was well worth the wait - Very well made to the point that the lid is basically seamless from the bottom side of the box on all three sides not counting the hinged side obviously - when you close the lid it doesn't slam shut … it almost feels cushioned due to the beveled inlay - it has a nice weight to it and a very citronella like aroma that is pleasant to the nostrils - when it was shipped there was a mix up in the tracking numbers as I received another customers tracking info - the customer service was immediate and very responsive in sorting out the issue - my only gripe is that after I received it I now see that it is offered on Prime with free 3 day shipping! - sure beats the $16 and month wait it took for me! ;) I would recommend this as a great gift for a loved one or yourself exterior dimensions: 7 3/4" x 5" x 2 1/4" interior dimensions: 6 1/2" x 3 1/8" x 1 1/2"

This box is smaller than I expected. Not big enough to hold remotes on my coffee table as I wanted - read description. It looks nice enough, but the smell is atrocious! It smelled like stain, weed killer, poison. Idk. Just bad smell.

Great wooden box for jewelry

We have bought similar boxes at the annual Texas custom Furniture show in Kerrville at 3 times the price. Very nice wood and a very attractive finish.

There is an overwhelming odor to this box. Like formaldehyde or something. When asking Rufus about chemicals used, the response was no chemicals but a strong cedar smell. Said to contact the company for chemical information. No this is not strong cedar or anything natural. Maybe it's in the oil rub. I bought as a gift box. I've had it outside for two days and there is some dissipation of odor, but not much. I won't use it to give as a gift box unless it is gone. On the upside, it is a pretty box with decent craftsmanship for the price. UPDATE on April 24th. The box has been outside since April 7th and finally the odor is gone.
