My only slight complaint is that the barrels aren’t longer so my hair sometimes falls off the barrel! But maybe it’s cause I haven’t figured out a way to stop that from happening. Also the attachments can get a little hot but that’s expected with blowing hot air. One more little issue I had was all of a sudden it just stopped working, I wasn’t sure what happened but it wouldn’t connect to my phone for the MyDyson app and wouldn’t turn on. However all I had to do was just press the red reset button on the box you plug into the wall for 30 seconds and reset it. It was quite a scare but it got fixed! Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking for a styling tool that won’t damage your hair!!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY
WORST PURCHASE I EVER BOUGHT. Dysons $800 dollar hair dryer is a POS. I bought it for my wife for Christmas and the thing doesn’t even work. After Hours on a face time tech support tech, they finally came to the conclusion that it is in fact defective. Instead of replacing it with a new one, which is what I paid for, they will only replace it with a used one.. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY. TRUST ME. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. BOTTOM LINE IS THEY WILL REPLACE MY $800.00 HAIR DRYER WITH A USED ONE .. they should be embarrassed..
