I am incredibly impressed with this Hiseeu wireless system. It offers professional-grade features without the professional price tag or a painful installation process. Here is why I highly recommend it: True Plug-and-Play Setup: The wireless connection is incredibly easy. As soon as I powered on the cameras and the NVR box, they paired instantly. I didn't have to run a single video cable through my walls, which saved me tons of time and effort.Excellent NVR Capabilities. The dedicated NVR is a massive selling point. It records 24/7 locally, so I don't have to pay for a forced monthly cloud subscription. The menu interface is easy to navigate, and the video playback is smooth and reliable.Flawless Remote Viewing. Setting up the phone app took less than two minutes. Now, I can view my live camera feeds from anywhere, whether I'm at work or traveling. The stream loads quickly, and the picture quality is crystal clear.

This was my first time buying this brand of camera. I was looking for a new camera system to replace my old Anran NVR and this one hit most of the main features I wanted. It had to have a viewing program that runs on PC, preferably the EseeCloud app (which we had already gotten used to); have better quality picture (I mean I wanted a 5mp upgrade); several cameras, and continuous recording with no cloud subscription. The only dot point I wanted that they didn't hit was the mounting type of each camera, they do not have ball joints so they are a little more challenging to hang although ultimately doable. The PC app picked up on all of the cameras even easier than the old system for some reason, and will even pick up some of our small JAOITlink cameras now which is a plus! These have great night vision, motion detect and clear pictures, and the outdoors ones are holding up perfectly well. The interface on the main system is a little different than I am used to but it is also an upgrade so I'm pleased with how it works, it even has the option to chain together some cameras if you have a weaker area next to a stronger one with the wifi. The size of the drive is more than ample and I haven't had any issues with my recordings. A couple of places where I would suggest some improvements would be the zoom feature on the main NVR, you have to login and then it takes you back to all cameras showing after which is a little weird. I also wish there was an option for showing six cameras at once, three on top three on bottom. I am very happy with this purchase over all and have bought two more of their solar battery cameras to add to the same system. I would definitely recommend this set to others!

Great set of cameras and very user friendly. Easy to set up and use. I have eight cameras and have every inch of my property covered. It’s very easy to use the app to check on cameras. Notifications can be a downside because it sometimes alerts to things (like spiderwebs). House feels very safe and secure. Highly recommend

We bought the 8 camera set with the hub and have been happy with the system so far. We love the 24 hour recording. It is really nice to be able to go back and review footage. Also, this system was really simple to set up. Plug everything in and the cameras connect automatically. We added an additional camera a few weeks after and it was easy to connect. The cameras are wireless but have wired power so no battery changing. I bought splitters for the power cable and was able to run 2-3 cameras off one power supply.

This system is well beyond my expectations considering the price point. The video quality is excellent. There have been a few major storms pass through since the installation of the system has begun. The cameras have held up well to the weather. There been a couple of occasions that required support. The Hiseeu customer service is at least as good as any other company I have dealt. In fact their response time is the fastest I have ever experienced. I enlisted the help of a neighbor who is experienced with security system. He is very impressed with the systems quality and ease of setup. I highly recommend this seller.

Camera resolution and reception works well. The central unit can get detect a camera I have placed 50 feet away on the outside. So far have not experience many camera disconnections. This is very useful to prevent worrying about if the cameras are online. Recording is working great. Can playback and review easily. Would like to see additional functionality to sound audible alert on the selected cameras on human detection, for example, the front door, or back yard. Customer service responsive if support is needed.

I’m always hesitant to write a review as some people experience products and customer service differently. This for me was a positive experience and regardless of what differences I’ve had from other suppliers, from purchase to delivery, installation set up of my Hiseeeu wireless CCTV cameras were seamless. This product really does what it says it does. The picture quality is amazing. I decided to download the app to all my devices and it worked first time. It system is easy to navigate, but if you are like me and need that extra IT support, you can make an instant connection to someone who will talk you through what to do and send you a pdf of easy step instructions. Only yesterday, I had a slight problem as I wanted to change my password on the system and not being IT savvy, I used the live What’sapp chat. Almost instantly I received a response. I was given the right information I was looking for and they talked through the issue to a full resolution. So I’m essences, iI would definitely recommend Hiseeu and their quality products.
