My son enjoyed this a lot and has gone through it couple of times. It's quite accurate too. The artwork seemed a bit lacking.

Every Kids should have this book...my 3 years old son enjoyed ramayan

An excellent book and must have for your child. My 7year old thoroughly enjoys it and I have read it for her many times and she doesn't get bored with it at all. It has a nicely depicted picture of story in almost every page of the book. It's the best book in the Pegasus series. We also have Mahabharatha and Arabian nights. They are no comparison to Ramayana. In my opinion, I am not impressed with Arabian nights. The maha bharatha is okay. The hard bound copy withstood the use. I also gifted this to my neice and she enjoys it just as much! The language is easy to understand with enough new words to learn and improve English. Go for it. One of the best!

I bought this book to help my child who is 3.9 years old to understand the basics of the festivals we celebrate. This is a perfect choice for the said age group and can be used for a long time. This book gives all the inportant information and more mentioned in the ramayana. The print quality is awesome, the text is simple, not too much lingering on a topic, crisp and perfect. The paper quality and hard bound exterior makes it perfect for long term use. For younger children like mine one has to tell the story showing the pictures instead of reading the whole thing. For older children say 5 and above one can read it or make the child read. I would recommend it to all who are looking for a Ramayana for children. My child asks me to read again and again, so much so that she looks at the book even after we switch off the light to sleep at night.

I like that the book is easy for 7 year olds to understand. The visuals that go along with every page help reinforce the story. The cover is hard bound with a soft cushioning. It feels good to hold. The binding of the papers could have been slightly better though. Other than that, this book is good.

Good book for children to learn about the Rama

Got my book yesterday and found it’s really very good. Kids live it because of pictures and that keeps them engage while reading. I would say a must buy if you want kids to introduce Ramayan!
