Q: I have to select a size. What is this measurement?

Hi Tyler. The size is about your grip size. Some people find the racquet handle spins in their hands because they cant grip it tight enough. That's because the handle is too narrow. Too large a handle also affects your ability to grip the racquet. I have large hands so I use 4 1/2 size grip.

Q: Is it supposed to be so tightly strung? will it break easily? because It came extremely tightly strung

Interesting. I guess it depends on how you like your racket. It is a bit head heavy, so I went to a HL Babolat. I like my strings between 55 and 57, but it kinda depends on the strings you want to put in. I did break strings a bit more regularly with this racket, but that's why I always carry 2-3 rackets with me, because, it just happens. I hope that helped.

It should say it in the specs. It is a little bigger then a mid size racket. This racket is very forgiving. I’ve always been playing competitive tennis with a mid size racket, I’m playing recreational tennis these days and wanted a more relax racket. Use to play 4.5/5.0 level. I can recommend this racket
