Child EarPlanes are recommended for children 2-9 and for women with small ears. A 1-2 year old could use them if their ears are not too small. Anyone below 1 year old is not recommended.

i have medium sized ears.. not big and not as small as a 10 year old.. which one should i buy? this one or the adult one?

It may be suggested that you can opt for the Adult one, as the flexible rings covering the EarPlanes increase in diameter & while inserting in the medium sized ear, they will possibly fit in.
