Perfect solution
Well made with exchangeable heads. I look forward to putting it through it's paces.

Great value.
This petite hammer is not worth the money I paid for it. It is worth considerably more. I bought this for adjusting the depth and cant of the irons on wooden planes. That job requires finesse rather than force. With the brass tip on one end for striking the iron and the rubber tip on the other for striking the wooden body, it is perfect for the job. And is still has the non sparking copper tip as well as plastic and nylon tips should I need them elsewhere. I have seen plane hammers selling for as much as $150. This hammer doesn't meet the same levels of craftsmanship, nor was I asked to pay for that. It is inexpensively made, yet entirely adequate for the job. Highly recommend.

It'll last, with some very cheap and easy modifications.
Bought this my first week in gunsmithing school back in 2015. Finally gave up the ghost this past week, after about 10 years of daily work. Had to pick the two heads I used the most, and epoxy them in place, and I had to epoxy the head back on once. Despite those two issues, which were immediately rectified by the epoxy, it's done me so well, I wanted the exact same one again. Here's to another 10 fruitful years.

I have been using this product for more than two weeks now. In that time, I've had an opportunity to evaluate both the quality of the product and the overall usability. In creating this review I've considered both the type of material used in making the product as well as the overall fit and finish. I've also considered how well the product meets my needs and whether there are any shortcomings or particular advantages in using this product. For this particular product, the type of material used in the manufacture and creation of the product seems to be of very good quality. One must consider that for any product of this type there is a balance between the type of material used and the cost that is to be passed on to the consumer. I think for this product that balance has been met fairly well and I believe that the product will meet the expectations of most buyers. Finally, as with many products of this type, the value that a consumer sees is dependent on the expectation. When I ordered this product my expectations were moderate, especially because of the price. In an age where we demand low price but often want high quality, it is often best if we expect moderate to good quality instead. I did that with this product as was pleasantly surprised to find that the quality was at least good, if not just a tad bit better than good. For that reason, and those set out above, I'd make a recommendation to buy this product.

Good hammer
This product arrived one day early, so that is good! The hammer appears to be well made. The tips are easy to change out. However there is no included pouch to put your other three tips when they are not in use ( I used a ziploc sandwich bag ) so they could inevitably get lost if left out. The tips are not labeled, but the rubber, copper, and brass tips are easy to tell. The ABS and nylon tips are a little tricky. Anyhow, I'm giving this a three star overall because the copper tip unthreaded itself from the screw when I removed it from the hammer, thus not allowing me to attach any other tip on that side. A pair of vice grips allowed me to remove the screw and rethread it onto the copper tip. It now works as advertised. I hope this review helps!
