Great Starter Kit
Fantastic starter trauma kit. Lots of items in the bag. Most people complain about the content being cheap, however the bag alone is worth $30. It's like buy the bag and get the free items. It matches perfectly for my bug out tactical gear. I'm going to replace the trauma shears to get some that are a little sharper/stronger and will be adding a few other things. Overall, very satisfied.

Pricey, But One of the Best
Compared to other kits, yeah, this is a bit pricey. However, it IS among some of the best stocked medical kits available. The molle straps fits perfectly on my shotgun scabbard, and it's light enough in weight you don't notice the extra weight. I have the black case, and it is just a two-part case that splits in two. Some of the others I've seen (colors) showed a middle mesh pouch. Nonetheless, this was worth the price in my opinion.

Well put together med kit. Great value!
While thankfully I have not had to use any of the medical supplies in this kit, everything is there as advertised. The supplies come in a plastic bag so you can arrange and organize them to your liking. All supplies were in good condition and fit in the pouch with a little room to spare for extra bandages or whatnot. Excellent med kit!

Bare minimum trauma kit
I bought this like most people for a bug out bag/hiking bag, it's primary purpose to aid in treating traumatic injuries. I didn't buy this to be an 'every day' first aid kit for purposes such as cuts, bruises etc.First the case, (comparable molle cases cost ~$15) the material is sturdy -possibly 1000d cordura-. I found nothing wrong with the case other than it's slightly off color; I bought the black color to match my bag and the other pouches, and the case is a shade lighter. It's a small difference but I wanted to mention it.Now to the internals... These mulitpurpose kits are great in that most of the items can't be purchases a la carte cheaply (inhalents usually come in packs of 10 or so etc.), however the question is whether it's worth $15, (the case itself is worth $15, and I bought the kit at $30). I'd say maybe, the kit I received had almost all the contents 'made in china' and seemed cheap, in addition to that the trauma shears suck, and the medical tape is pitifully small, I can't say without unrolling it but I'd say there's MAYBE 5ft, max. I will upload a few pictures so you guys can see. Overall I'm not terribly disappointed because I bought this for convenience, and I don't mind 'made in china' that much.As a note I definitely intend to upgrade this kit with a CAT, better trauma shears, quick clot, and another roll of tape. Those are all pricey items and I can understand their absence, however if you plan on actually doing anything 'tactical' or desire a range safety kit those items are a must. CATs (combat tourniquets) and quick clot save lives, they are the difference between life and death in many cases. The items in this kit are mostly convenience and serve less important roles.

A good start for the price
It's a good start to a robust First Aid Kit. Leave the Walmart kits at home, add a few trauma bandages to this kit and it's great for hiking, camping, or the range.

First Aid Trauma Kit - Molle
To start, the item currently pictured (as of 1/7/13) is NOT at all what is sold...On that note, what I did receive was well beyond my expectations. In the description there was actually nothing that said what the kit itself came with, so upon purchasing, I based my decision on what the other reviews said and also due to the price. The following items are what came in the kit itself...1 SS Tweezer1 EMT shears1 SS Hemostat2 4"x4" sponge2 Bleedstop bandage2 2" elastic bandage2 bandage gauze 4" x 4" "1 yard"16 bandage strip 3" x 1"3 5" x 9" Abd. pad1 Multitrauma dressingFirst aid instructions1 airway1 tape1 suture1 pair latex gloves10 pain reliever (basically Tylenol)1 Tourniquet12 BZK wipes12 Iodine Wipes1 Triangular Bandage5 Butterfly Strips2 Ammonia inhalents1 Burn creamand the bag itself which again, is NOT AT ALL what is pictured. The reason for only having a 4 star rating is because the seller hasn't updated what the bag looks like nor what comes in the kit itself. All in all I am completely satisfied with what I purchased, just not happy that the seller hasn't updated what the product actually looks like nor what comes in the kit itself. I will be purchasing another one to attach to my secondary B.O.B. (Bug-out-Bag) here in the near future. It may not be the best kit out there, but I feel it was well worth the money.

Rip off. All low quality items.

Missing Components from Description
There was dependencies with the content of the "Tactical Trauma Kit". Some where minor, but the major issues for me were that the pack was completely missing the "1 SS Tweezers", "2 Ammonia Inhalants", and "5 butterfly closure strips".The bag itself is of high quality. The components of the kit are satisfying for my first aid need. The description of the product is NOT ACCURATE. Look at other reviews. There is either a serious quality control issue with this product, or the producer changes the kit without updating the description.I should return this item on principle. DO NOT FALSE ADVERTISE
