No BS - this can change your life!
Especially if you're dealing with IBS. It's been a game changer for my wife and I. I dread the getting old "thing", that we all have to go through, so I had avoided this for æons -- regret that decision, it was just a perception thing for me. Wish they would have marketed this to younger people as struggling with digestive issues doesn't only occur in the elderly. BIG words of advice: this doesn't work overnight, it takes time. Start out slowly, be patient, adjust the dose as per the manufacturer recommended dosing steps, then find what works for you. Good luck 🤞

I hope the Metamucil company keeps making this great product. By using sugar they make it easy to mix and drink. The product is essential for keeping me regular.

Solved digestive problems
Since I'm on several meds that create digestive problems, my doctor recommended I try Metamucil and it worked exactly as she and I hoped. My digestive tract is now much calmer and happy.

Works well for digestion and sense of fullness. Is really smooth in smoothies. Tastes very good. I LIKE it.

Good product
TMI, but I was having some bowel issues. Let’s be honest, it’s why you’re reading this review too. Lol. Well, I tried taking Miralax, which was great, but the label says not to take it over an extended amount of time. So, I decided to try Metamucil. It took me awhile to figure out when and how to take it; ex. after a meal, before bed, 1 time a day, 3 times a day, etc….. Not enough made me continue the road of constipation. Too much made me feel bloated. I finally discovered my body likes 2 heaping tablespoons mixed with 8 oz of water right after breakfast (caffeinated drink & toast), which happens to be about an hour after I get up. It’s also super important that the water is VERY cold. Otherwise, the powder begins to coagulate. Price point: In May 2022, I purchased the 30.4 oz from Amazon for $25.30. Today, a month later, I purchased 48.2oz from Walmart for $21.48.

Expensive & hi-sugar, but necessary
We feel lucky to be able to get this on short notice, but it's too expensive, and the larger size was even more per ounce. The product is the best we've found for our needs, but we wish it had less sugar. They have sugar-free, but those sweeteners are even worse for us than the sugar version.

I like the product so far, it gave me good relief of my constipation but the only issue I have is with taste as I hate orange flavor. Despite that it’s still a good product and easy to consume and use.
