I finally got the nerves to start using my DTF printer. If I had known it was this simple I would have started a long time ago. Support for the unit was great. (Daisy) was very patient and understanding even though we were 13hrs time difference and spoke 2 different languages. The whole group was very helpful. It really seemed like someone was always there for me. I highly recommend this product and the group that help me set it up.

Colores y calidad super buena encantados con nuestra compra
Hice la compra y solo a los dos meses ya tenia problemas con el cabezal, te ofrecen la garantia y luego te envian piezas incompletas hay que pagar el envio y te envian videos los tienes que arreglar tu mismo sin saber hacerlo/. Adicional demoran en el envio y uno sigue pagando inversion sin utilizar el equipo. Llevo un mes tratando de devolverla y siguen alargando el asunto y asi uno termina perdiendo el dinero no compren en esta tienda

Great quality DTF Printer
I was frustrated at first, and had no one to blame but myself. I could of had it going sooner had I just reached out sooner. Technical support is Awesome and really go above and beyond when working with you. The ExPlux A4 printer is working overtime getting christmas gifts completed and they look fabulous! The quality of the prints are exceptional, and way better than I thought. The oven is easy to use as well! I am so happy that I chose the ExPlux DTF printer.

Great buy
Packaging was great I loved the box it came in, definitely gonna reuse. The customer service and setup was excellent hehelped me with the software install and got me ready to print in no time.

Don’t waste your money
After four months of continued use and following regularly maintenance I had to pay hundreds of dollars to replace the white ink stirrer and the print head. Replaced it, printed about 20 prints and the white ink stopped working. I didn’t use it for a week and it won’t work anymore and was told I needed to replace the mother board. It’s now going to the garbage. Wish I never purchased it.
