The fridge is perfect. Just what we wanted and exactly as described. It’s a shame about the delivery service (DPD) who messed up the original delivery completely by not actually coming to our property, the messaging to say ‘sorry we missed you’. Had to reschedule. Thankfully arrived at 2nd attempt

Nice looking fridge, but the controls don’t seem to do much. Doesn’t let me set the timer and has gone from 10c to 12c for no reason and now can’t get the temperature down. The up and down temperature doesn’t do anything

Not sure why its not as cold as a fridge l try to set it at 18 but revert to 10...why

I’m editing this review after sending one advising that we were uneasy that the unit I received was unable to have temperature adjusted, and seemed to be set on coldest setting. In itself, we were happy with it, as we did want it on cold the whole time. We would have left things alone as we were impressed with the appearance etc, but were still a bit uneasy that, although unlikely, whatever was the problem might worsen. Shortly after the review appeared we received a call from Paul, a customer service advisor, who talked me through a test - to make sure it wasn’t my mistake - before agreeing it did seem to malfunction. He immediately made arrangements to have a replacement sent - which was received the next day. We repacked the previous one in the replacements box, and emailed it was ready, and Paul telephoned straight back to advise pick up would be the next day, which was done. The replacement works perfectly and looks looks great. Problem solved quick as a flash, and I can sleep easy a’night! A very impressive example of excellent ‘after service’ by Paul, and the company.
