Best vanilla extract I have ever used
I decided to give this vanilla extract a try a few months ago, as I have heard Ina Garten rave about it and have also seen it recommended by King Arthur Baking. I first tried it in my usual chocolate chip cookie recipe, swapping out the Spice Islands vanilla extract I normally used for this but keeping everything else the same. I also used it in my buttermilk waffles recipe. And I definitely noticed a difference. It was a little better tasting than the Spice Islands, or any other vanilla extract I have had in the past. When I noticed that they sell these pre-portioned one teaspoon packets of the stuff, I went "Good idea!" So many recipes call for one teaspoon of vanilla extract and it's nice to be able to just open one up and pour it in. It feels a bit pricey to pay $18 for 16 teaspoons of vanilla extract, but considering how good it is I find it worth it.

Great Vanilla Flavor
These single serve Nielsen Massey vanilla packets are super convenient and taste fantastic. The flavor is exactly what you’d expect from the brand, rich, smooth, and noticeably better than the bargain extracts. I love that each packet is premeasured at 1 teaspoon, so there’s no mess and no guessing when I’m baking. The only downside is that I had a hard time finding the expiration date print on the packets, but I found it at the bottom of the box. The product itself seems fresh and high quality, but it would be reassuring to have that information clearly marked. Overall, the convenience and flavor are excellent, and the single serve format is really handy. Works well perfect pouch size and worth it.

Wasteful
Individual packets are not doable for an infrequent baker. Leftover amts are impossible to contain as there is no resealable packaging. Had to throw out unused portions. Mistake is ordering this particular product.

great vanilla!
I totally didn't expect them to be in a little portion pouches (my mistake!). I thought they were two small bottles. The pre-measured 1tsp portions are actually nice. It's convenient and stays fresh until I'm ready to use them. I added some to my apple cider. It smells so very nice, warm and cozy! I recommend you to cut the opening small if you aren't going to use the whole portion
