Firstly any product which doesn't have a return policy or a customer service available is part of a pathetic sales model.Secondly, the price is so high with no return policy that people are forced to love it. Being honest surprisingly noone has complained about the real problems in reviews.Well coming to the machine it is way too noisy. The noise is so much that it was impossible to sit in the room next to the washing area. The reason for noise given by Amazon is low rpm. As per this logic my ceiling fan should break sound barriers at low speed.Anyways, it's portable and easy to use but I won't recommend it to anyone. Some people here suggested bachelors can buy it but I bet bachelors love their ear drums just as much as married people.

Excellent piece of equipment, especially for singles.Pros:1. Portable (I've hung it on two wall hooks)2. Easy to operate3. Efficient cleaning4. Looks funky5. Value for moneyCons:1. Side clamps longevity not known, therefore could be vulnerable to damage.2. No information about any service centers, so repair could be an issue if something goes wrong.3. Cannot be used for more than 30 mins at a stretch.4. Not good for clothes with elastic, tends to loosen them.5. Only one pair of heavy clothes can be washed at a time.

The media could not be loaded.  Product is good, if it works properly. We purchased this product in Nov' 19. After six months, it seems that its belt got damaged. Video is attached for ready reference. Though, the product is under warranty for 1 year (as advertisement says), but now vendor is asking the money for spares. After 3 days, vendor's mobile# is out off service.So requesting you all to check your luck first, then purchase it.Also be aware ! ! Such product is sold by Amazon.

If you don't mind rinsing and drying clothes....then this is a good portable machine...been using over 3 years now...no issue...take 1.5 buckets of water for one wash and rinse. washing labour is saved.

after use of 2 month its not working. and there are no proper company contact no and nowhere service center. its a virtual warranty given by the seller. I was contact through amazon but still have receive a reply.

Works very well, had bought a cheaper one earlier, which I returned. This one is very stable and does the job very well.

Good working I have been running this machine for 6 months. Very good washing machine. clothes very clean I got a lot of help from this machine and it's time too. Really like it my jobs not properly so This machine can take any place.

I am using this machine since September 2018 ..and it's 2020 still no complaints.it is good in washing clothes in 10 minutes...
