I am a size 6 to 8. Would the small/med be too big

I’m a size 10 and they fit comfortably post surgery. I would say if you needed them for firm support they would be too big

What size waist is 2xl/3xl

2XL/3XL fits 52 to 56 inch waist sizes. There is a size chart with more details in the product images. Thanks

Please can anyone tell me if these are suitable for very large inguinal hernia thanks

I don't really know, I got mine following cancer surgery which required a colostomy and hysterectomy. They were recommended by my stoma nurse . I have both level 1 and level 2 for running, which I started again 3 months after surgery, so I would say level 2 are very supportive and could be suitable
