I was shopping for a pressure washer for multiple purpose like washing the car, cleaning the patio, balcony, lawn area etc. since my requirement was heavy usage, I wanted a pressure washer which can be used continuously for more than quick washes and hence it had to be induction based motors as I have read that normal carbon based motors don’t last long and cannot be used beyond 10-15 mins of continuous use. Also, it should be less noise than waking up the whole neighborhood. Accordingly, I finalized the ResQtech product based on the review/ ratings/ comments on the amazon site and YouTube videos, user comments there. Also, as it was made in India my choice was very clear, During the October 2018 Dasara sales, the product went out of supply on the amazon site. But thankfully it came back during Nov 1st 2018. I had immediately placed order on 2nd Nov and got the delivery by 5th Nov in Bangalore. Now coming to the product, I bought ResQTech Metal 1800W 135 BAR High Pressure which cost Rs. 9999 on Amazon excluding discounts. Pros: 1. Super fast delivery ( 3 days) 1 day before the scheduled delivery date 2. Easy to set up 3. Induction motor hence expected to be durable and the noise levels are very minimum. 4. High pressure (135 Bar ~2000 PSI)pressure is good enough 5. Self priming, hence useful for me since the running water connection is difficult. this one works like charm, very useful. With two medium buckets of water, one can wash sedan. (also, helps to measure the water usage for car washing etc.) 6. Comes with foam canon, which is very useful for washing car and one need not but this separately 7. Exellent after sales services, unmatched even by big players like Bosch/others. They are super responssive. During the transit one of the leg got damaged. But when contacted with the customer care, they send the spare legs in 3 days through Fedex which is highly commendable 8. This one comes with 2 years warranty whereas Bosch and others give only 6 months to 1 year warranty Cons: These cons are the not a deal breakers but if these are fixed, it will help to increase the customer satisfaction and usability. 1. Length of the power cable can be increased from 3 meters to 10 meters as in most of the cases there is not going to be near by power socket ( I had to make power extension DIY for this) 2. Lenght of the water outlet to be increased to 8-10 meters as with 5 meters, sedan/ SUV washing becomes difficult 3. Legs of the power washer is not a sturdy one. This can be made with little bit height also so that it can protect against the water on the ground. 4. The connector (for connecting water output from the pressure motor, transparent colour) is not very sturdy, hence, suggest if you can provide additional connctor. It does not cost much though 5. Even the accessories to be made avaiable on the amazon so that people can buy additional things like 90 degree nozzle, etc 6. Some place to keep the pressure handle when done, right now the placeholder is not very ergonomically designed. 7. Also, if you could recommend the shampoo to be used for the foam canon. Overll. Im impressed with the product based on the initial use and kind of customer support I have receivd. I strongly recommend this product compared to Bosch/ imported product where after sales service, availability of parts can be a big problem. After sales support of Resqtech is absolutely fantastic.

What I liked: Great product, easy to assemble, good build quality, fantastic water pressure, highly efficient and saves water, low noise compared to any other washer in the market today and protects my ears from hearing loss. Most importantly, amazing product support team who are available over the phone and whatsapp. They even personally called to check on how I'm using the product and if I had any issues. They can take orders for accessories (in case you are a heavy duty commercial user - like a car detailer or professional car cleaner or patio / drive way cleaning business) or servicing or repairs over the phone, whatsapp, email etc and will personally attend to your request. This is completely missing in the other washers in the market in India today and I think it's worth the extra money you spend on this product What can be better: The instruction manual is incredibly easy to understand. However they could create an official youtube channel with videos on assembly (for those who don't like reading manuals and prefer watching a video instead. There are plenty of review videos from other users but nothing official from ResQTech themselves). Also, with all good intention, ResQ Tech have provided some additional spare parts as part of the product set but have not clearly called out that these are spares. So I had some confusion on whether I missed assembling these parts or they were indeed spares. Some proper packaging to clearly mention that these are additional spares in case they're needed in the future - would have prevented that confusion. Overall great product and good value for money. I would highly recommend this silent hero over any other washer in the market today.

Was highly impressed with the product based on the glowing reviews and decided to take the plunge more than a year back. Primary purpose was to give my newly booked Honda car a good power wash. Well was impressed by the initial quality of the machine, the silent motor(my brother had a Bosch and it was noisier). The first disappointment came when Infound that the soap mix attachment that came with the machine was NO GOOD at creating foam. So called their Support line and promptly was suggested to buy a separate foamer attachment. Also upsold a patio cleaner attachment and an extra hose extension all of which came to 3k extra. I was so happy in the initial few days when the power wash of the unit literally blew the beadings off my new Honda City!!! Was infact planning to call Ranjith/Bala to reduce the power. Then came the shocker when one day the unit suddenly started vibrating too much leading to one of the nuts almost popping out of the Unit. The water flow also toned down considerably. It was no better than my 300Rs Garden hose!!! Mortified I called back and messaged Resqtech support and had discussions with Ranjith who assured me that it was a simple case of blocked nozzle. In disbeleif I told him how I have been using clean RO/UV treated water to clean the car since it were early days. Still he felt that the nozzle could be dirty. Anyway as suggested by them I tried to clean the Nozzle with a pin inspite of seeing nothing blocking visually. NO USE. It used to spray powerful jet for a millisecond before going back to Garden hose speeds. In disgust I put it away in my tools cabinet that was in a dry place with suitable mothball protection with the other utility items like vacuum cleaner etc. After a few months I tried to take the Resqtech machine and tried to use the patio cleaner since the Car cleaning Nozzle supposedly has dust inside it!!! Within a few drags...mind you these were common usage of back and forth cleaning inside a bathroom with smooth tiles offering no pressure, the nozzle of the patio cleaner just broker inside the gun. Now the gun is also pretty much useless alongwith the patio cleaner. So after spending 13k rupees I have a machine that is jetting out water at the same speed as my garden hose. And I have been left to rue what could have been as the established Bosch machine is still doing duty in my brother's house even after 6 years. CONCLUSION : This review is not to put down one brand over the other. I do not have any personal relationship or stake with either Bosch or Resqtech. Infact Resqtech also marketed their products as German engineering. At the end of the day after spending such a huge sum and watching a 300Rs garden hose beating it hands down, I am extremely disappointed with this Resqtech product

I have been using this for more than a year now to cleaning balcony, walkway, patio, compound walls, vehicle etc in and around the house. I am quite impressed with the cleaning. It does an excellent job of removing moss and dirt. The induction motor is quiet and works as described. It is very portable and light weight. Can be easily moved around as needed. It definitely saves copious amount of water compared to manual cleaning. Pro's Good pressure for cleaning most of the stuff around the house Silent motor Self priming, Easy to setup and use. Cons Length of the power cord can be a bit longer. Water outlet pipe could be a bit longer for washing large vehicles. Overall a great product.

I do have a few suggestions for improvement: • Provide a convenient storage solution (like a carry bag) for accessories such as the hose, spray gun, extension rod, and nozzles. • Enhance the instruction manual with more detailed, user-friendly installation and operation guidelines. • Include instructional videos and product information on the website for easy reference. Overall, the PW-102 offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it—Resqtech has truly built a quiet champion among pressure washers

I have used it for 2 years now. The motor automatically turns off if used more than 1 hour. The hose pipe is of very short length 5m . Its not enough.. Overall the machine is good. But the hose pipe (low quality) suffers wear and tears , and ultimately leaks . The spray gun is damaged too after two years. I again bought a spray gun for 1800 rs, a hose pipe for 999. And an additional 7m length extension for hose pipe which again costs 999. So after two years i spent extra 3800 rs. They dont sell the spare parts in amazon. U have to buy it separately from their website.. Cant say about the gun. But the hose pipe has to be replaced for sure. I suggest u to wrap some around some extra layer around the hose pipe as it suffers tears. And they purposefully kept the length short to sell the extension pipe. And yeah , the noise level is very high too.

Great pressure, easy to assemble, lot of accessories, it can clean stubborn dirt very easily and above all it saves lots of water and time. While installing I stuck on a part and which was solved very easily, conveniently and with in minutes solved by Resqtech customer support. I am using the product for the past six months and haven't faced any problem yet. It's not noisy and does it's job very well. Motor is heavy duty yet very silent. It's the best in its price segment. Final verdict - if you are looking for a pressure washer then you can blindly trust this product.
