After 5 years of use - 5/5 - would recommend
This is the first thing I want to be near when I wake up or when I get back home from work. Overall, a great machine to use at home for all espresso based drinks. As with every good machine, it takes a little getting used to, but if you know what youโre doing, itโs like butter. The parts are machined well, especially the portafilter, which is quite solid and looks deceivingly light in the pictures. The pressure gauge works well and helps you know the kind of pressure youโre working with. This helps beginners know how good their grind and tamp is. I only made a couple of trial cups before I was getting great espressos with more than adequate crema. My milk frothing isnโt great as you can see in the picture but the steam wand is really good. The machine gets up to temperature very fast. Everyone who sees it at my home goes โOooooโ! Highly recommend for anyone looking at having a good espresso machine that is comparable to big brand machines at double the cost. Plus you get service in India and it has a warranty thatโs valid here. When my machine arrived, there was something blocking a pipe. The seller immediately sent their technician who quickly fixed the issue and also was kind enough to give me a little demo! I will keep this machine for years to come :) Edit : after 5 years of use Iโll keep it short. I still feel like my review is justified and I would recommend this machine for amazing espresso at home. My friend bought the same machine on my recommendation and we both regularly use our machines without any issues. He makes 5 espressos daily and loves it. Some things I would recommend: 1. Get a pitcher for steaming that is less than 350ml or less in volume. Any larger and itโll be difficult to achieve a good texture for latte art. 2. Use a milk thermometer (analog) to judge the milk temperature. 3. MOST IMPORTANT: Pair this machine with a great grinder and you will get amazing coffee. I use a Baratza Sette 270 which costs double of this machine but is absolutely worth it. Even a Baratza Encore ESP will work well for this machine.

Good starter espresso machine with one major flaw
It's a great value for money. Takes a little experience in pulling a perfect espresso shot but it is capable of giving great espresso. The only gripe I had with it was that there is no over pressure value which would lock the pressure from going over 10 bars. If you try to pull a proper shot say a brew ratio of 1:2 (coffee : espresso ) in 28-35 seconds, then you'll most likely have to take the pressure to 13 bars. This does tend to over extract the coffee. There are a few hacks around it and with experience you'll get a hang of it. Ripped the machine open to check out the internals and the possibility of adding an OPV myself. Sadly can't do so but happy to report that it does actually use an ULKA pump, which is used by most if not all entry level Italian machines. It's a lower version of the pump which is all plastic but still at this price couldn't expect much. I bought it directly from the seller and the customer service team is very responsive. All in all it's a good first coffee machine for serious enthusiasts. I would suggest buying a quality burr grinder to really get some good results.

Cheap looking machine.
Definitely looks cheap. They should have taken care of covering that laser film part. Looks like a machine built from scrap material. Disappointed with the looks of it was expecting it to look better.

Great machine. Designed to be similar to a commercial machine for home usage.
I am writing this review after almost 14 months of use. I received this as a present from the missus on my birthday in June 2019. Since then, we generally make between 2 - 6 cups daily and this beast is chugging along with minimal maintenance required. It is priced in the home espresso range but has features of a commercial machine (though I don't think this can make commercial levels quantities). So about 10 - 20 cups a day it may be able to pull. After that, I don't know. When I purchased the machine, I did not own a burr grinder - so I depended on the bean sellers (Starbucks & Blue Tokai) to grind this for me. This needs quite a fine grind and if you tell the Starbucks (or BlueTokai) folks - espresso grind, it will still be coarser for this machine. Anyways, I wrote to the company and they graciously sent me a coffee pack with the correct grind level which worked perfectly. Since then I have purchased a Barratza grinder and a setting between 2-3 works great with this machine. This is quite a manual machine and while it has an automatic pre-infusion process, you need to know how long to pull a shot, how much to tamp your coffee and how fine to grind it. It has a slight learning curve if you are still new to an Espresso machine but I prefer the manual process as I have fine control over the process. Even the steam wand does not have the auto frothing attachment and you'll need to teach yourself how to foam milk (which is quite straight forward and easy). It makes a great cup of cappuccino and latte but if you are an espresso drinker, it does that well too. I am able to taste all the different notes and flavours of the coffee that I purchase. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that I recently tried reaching out to the company to schedule a maintenance visit and I have not heard back from them. Not sure if it is because of COVID or another reason, but it raises as light doubt in my head as to their after-sales support. There has been absolutely no issue with the machine so far. I love it and am grateful for my morning cuppa and even when we first bought it, I did get great support - so I am hoping after following up, I should be able to get in touch with them.

Stay away
Doesnt work, overheats with a double shot of Espresso, pump stops working after that, no service whatsoever, been four days since i complained of the issue no service whatsoever Have to wait for two to three hours for the machine to cool down to make the second brew. No way to make a single shot, can only make a double shot. If you have to have to buy, buy it from Amazon only and not from offline channel so that you can return the faulty product with ease. i would suggest stay from this worthless machine

Fills the gap between commercial espresso machines and the home drip coffee machines in India
The problem right now is the lack of options in selecting an espresso machine. You either have to spend thousands and lakhs of rupees to get that perfect espresso or you have to settle for the drip coffee machines which are easily available in the market. I feel the My Espressino fills this gap perfectly. It's made for India . The dealer is very helpful and has a good knowledge of the product . The service is pretty good and most importantly very accessible. You can pull great shots of espresso with the right grind size of the coffee. The grind size matters the most. The steam wand is pretty good and powerful considering there is a single hole. A very good milk texture which is good enough to pour some latte art is is possible to achieve but with A LOT of practice . It's been 4 months since I've been using this machine and found no problem.
