Great so far 5 days and you really start to feel a difference in your body and mind around 8 drips a day im about 185lbs athletic its a little bitter but like putting it in pickel juice

I purchased this to test the social media hype about it being good for your brain's health, support memory functions etc. The product appears pure and well packaged. It is easy to use (just be careful to use glass containers because it could color plastics). What I have to say is merely my anecdotal experience of using it daily for over a month (10-15ml - = 5=7.5mg doses). This product is 100% water soluble. It may stain but it will go away if washed with enough water. It colors your mouth blue, so better take it before you brush your teeth. It will color your pee, so don't be alarmed when your urine becomes greenish blue. It doesn't color your eyes or skin so no one will think you turned alien. Does it work? It may have improved my sleep some during the first week. I felt more tired and ready to sleep at bedtime than usual, and I slept better than usual. This may be due to it's known effect on serotonin pathways. However, if what I felt is even the result of consumption of Methylene Blue, it seem that my body adjusted to it and the effect is much smaller now. I did not recognize any difference in my mental energy, my cognitive functions or my memory. To be honest, those are probably normal anyway, including the growing difficulty of retrieving names from memory - no improvement there. Also I have a benchmark of my Duolingo word-pairing time-limitted exercises scores, which have stayed quite the same. The limited literature on this product cites a 40-50mg daily doss to assist in cognitive function of Alzheimer patient. Since I don't have Alzheimer, I am not going to try going so high. So to summarize - this product is as good as advertised, but I am not sure it is needed or helpful to people who don't have issue of braincells mitochondrial health.

This pure good 1% methylene blue USB grade is awesome. The dark blue color when mixing just a little bit with water lets you know that it's the real stuff. It has the right taste and is very effective when used for mental clarity energy and as an antioxidant. I have tried many brands some more expensive some less. But this pure good methylene blue in my opinion is the best I have come across so far. I recommend it to anyone who is curious about methylene blue and wants to try the real stuff. I will be reordering every month.

This is the second MB that I have tried. The first was the underwhelming 1% Blue Organics brand that says take a dropper full 1ml each day, 30 day supply in one small bottle. Zip for blue pee, so very weak. This brand is listed as 2% and trust me when I tell you just 5 drops will turn you pee blue for a day and a half. not sure of the drop size but if this is 2% then the Blue organics is .00001 % The PureGood is dark black blue in the dropper Blue Organics is just a transparent light blue in the dropper. Now on to does it work, my real world experience is it DOES improve memory a little bit, just not as normally forget full as I was (74 years old) but does it make one feel like a supercharged superman and razor sharp mind like a 18yo NO. But it does help and I will continue to take it. If the second bottle comes way weaker as some have suggested, well there won't be a third order.

I add a drop or 2 to water. There is no taste or odor. It can also be used for pets. I researched the benefits for pet use ( especially for my senior dog) and it also will benefit them. I take a few drops nightly and will titre up as suggested.

The manufacturer (PureGood) didn't answer to my email where I request COA (Certificate of Analysis) for the lot number of methylene blue I've buy. so I don't trust their declarations on the label.
