Q: How long does it usually take to ship? And how can I contact the seller for more info on shipping?

I’ve have ordered item on 15 Nov22 . After mulitlple communication I have not received response and suddenly cancel order. It was thanksgiving week deal and 50% off now same item available with regular price and they requested to order with regular price. Very bad customer service. Stay away from this seller

I wouldnt call it a scam because they ship them mattresses out and you do receive them but they aren’t very good at all. I would only order if you need bare minimum and you don’t mind them being extremely uneven. Better for scrap foam.

Q: Contains Glass fiber on the tag ?

If it does that is normal for the lining of memory foam mattresses especially cheap options on amazon. it is a cheap fire barrier. there are options that are more expensive that specifically don’t use fiber glass.
