It reached #1 on the UK Albums Chart, and is the tenth best-selling album in UK Chart history with sales of 3.9 million copies as of 2014, and has sold 19 million copies worldwide. Accumulated sales (Greatest Hits II and Classic Queen for the US and Canada combined) are in excess of 23 million worldwide. The compilation contains most of Queen's European hits from 1981 to 1991. It was released less than a month before the death of lead singer Freddie Mercury and was the last Queen release of any kind while he was still alive. Utterly disappointed with its recording quality
Amazon needs to review with their some of vinyl records sound quality which this is a very good example. I strongly believed that their supplier are using poor recording studio to perform their recording. Therefore, what rubbish in is what rubbish out. For this instance, the vinyl sound quality is worse than MP3 recording. It sounds noisy, no real instruments seperation, and poor imaging. As a result of short listening duration, you will want to off your Hifi system. It really have a bad listening experience to me. Hope that Amazon need to take this review seriously or else their reputation for vinyl recording in the online marketing place will be badly tarnished.
