Arcade1Up Mortal Kombat Classic SE Arcade Machine, 15.6-Inch Screen

Pros I really love this Little arcade machine now I able to get to play the original classics of Mortal Kombat 1 2 3 and UMK 3 as well as some other arcade classics when I first unboxed it I thought it was gonna be the height of the original arcade, but it was small. I was OK with it. The cons of this is that after a few couple weeks of using this you probably will get bored of playing the exact same games and plus the biggest downgrade is that they don’t have MK4 to complete the entire arcade game trilogy not only that you have is the Mortal Kombat Legacy collection that has all the games so it’s up to you whether if you want to get this or just play the Mortal Kombat Legacy collection it’s totally up to you But otherwise, it is a nice arcade that has 13 games in one machine (P.S if you want the true height of an arcade machine, you have to buy the stand comes separately)

So I grew up in the 60s and the 70s this thing came out somewhere late 70s I believe. Anyway, if you’re from my generation, you know what I’m talking about. This was the coolest game at the time they put it in this place called the Yellowstone bus company in Cardiff. We used to go out and smoke weed buy some donuts from VG donutsand come back and spend all our remaining quarters in it before the game announced famously “wizard needs food. Wizard is about to die” when the life score got low . All the different arcade games for my generation nothing matched up to it and I think if you wanted to buy one of those arcade games, they were really expensive at the time so I just recently stumbled across this and for $345 you can put together a mini arcade that if you had this when you were in your teens, you would’ve been in paradise. The whole thing weighs about 45 pounds max maybe 50 you can buy the original gauntlet arcade game now but the problem is it’s about $3500 and it weighs 350 pounds plus you have to take it apart partially to get it into a normal front door. 45 pounds is way better than 350 pounds and it’s it’s great. It’s just like going back in time. It’s just a little short and a little small.

Not so easy to assemble. Nice looking once put together. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is it’s very short. The description wasn’t clear that it’s an awkward height, too tall for a table and too short for floor mount. My 12 year olds had to be on their knees to play. The other similar type games I’ve purchased were normal height.

I love Arcade1up!! This my second arcade purchase from this company. And it's great, just like I remember from the original. Very well packaged. Not difficult to assemble. And looks and works great. The feel of the buttons and joysticks are perfect. The screen is sharp and bright. Sound has adjustable volume. You can even play online. Fyi, this version does not have the lighted up marquee. But it still looks great in original font and style. The selection of Midway games is more than enough for many days of serious gaming. Definitely worth every penny!!

WE LOVE IT!! So much fun, we put it in our game area next to our pac man one. My 9 year old loves it.

Game flickered and flashed when playing multiplayer or online contacted company, they SOLD me a replacement board for 80 bucks It still flickers and flashes, just less. It only does this on Mortal Kombat, the other simple games run fine. Basically the board is too cheap to run the software. Just build an emulator this is a waste.

Absolutely love it!! Fast shipping, packed perfectly, and easy set up. Up and running same day! It is about 4 ft high i would reccomend getting the riser that is sold SEPERATELY. Ordered that as well and now it is about 5ft ish. Perfect to play while sitting on a bar stool.
