Perfect fit on NX250 2023. Installation was fairly simple too. No need of jack or second set of hands. I positioned the hitch underneath the car and tilted it so the the side tongues would slide into place without having to lift the entire hitch. Once the 2 front screws were in place, I lifted the back side and put the other 2 screws. I used a robber mallet to help me aline the back 2 screws. Entire process was about 30 minutes. I’m able to use my bike rack now. The hitch looks very well made and it fits the car perfectly. Highly recommend it.

The hitch fit my Lexus NX350h perfectly. I tried to install it without dropping the muffler but I could not get the hitch past the muffler. I used channel locks to remove the rubber connectors holding the muffler then I lowered the muffler with a jack, then raised the hitch with the jack. It took a little jiggling to get the bolts in but they did go in. You will need a short 19mm or a 3/4” socket. I didn’t have a torque wrench so I tightened it as hard as I could with a 10” wrench. Took about an hour. Only plan to use for a bike rack, no electrical cables.

This hitch is very well built, and super easy to install. It took me about 15 minutes from start to finish, and ready for use. It was well-packed and the instructions were helpful. The bolts and washers are heavy duty with a very fine thread for added security. Within 30 minutes I had it attached and the bikes loaded on the bike carrier affixed to the hitch. A sturdy well-made product!

Took me 45mins to install on my 2026 Lexus NX350. And I did it myself by using a jack to hold up the hitch. A little wiggling needed but I did not need to move anything around the muffler to get it in. Great hitch!
