Learning Resources Sensory Trio Fidget Tubes

I have three boys ages 11, 5, and 1. We own a lot of sensory toys and fidgets. The baby often wants to use them as well. The other day he got ahold of one of the more traditional water toys and smacked it hard enough it broke open everywhere. You’d think the stuff in them is benign, apparently it’s not. I bathed him right away but he has a blistering rash, his whole leg has swelled, and he is miserable. I knew we needed something that was going to be safe for him to play with that was similar to the “big kid” toys. These are perfect! We’ve only had them a few hours but my very rough five year old has already put them through their paces. I feel confident allowing the baby to play with these. These are a good size. Not too tall/long so no risk of him accidentally smacking himself as he shakes them. They have a chubby rounded shape that’s easy to grip. Two make interesting noises. The plastic seems tough and durable. I’d happily recommend these to any home with toddlers or less than gentle children. Might be a good option in occupational settings too since so many kids and adults could enjoy these. In terms of occupational settings we would warn that the sand does make a noise that all of us can hear but it’s not bothering anyone. I could see the rain stick one being problematic to some sensitive individuals though. It’s not quiet by our standards (myself and the 5yo are sound sensitive). It’s not bothering my 11yo though.

These are great sensory/fidget toys for my nursery school classroom. All 3 items are durable. They also keep the attention of 2-4 year olds, they enjoy watching the objects move around. They are nice, bright, bold colors which make them nice to look at, too. It was a good investment and addition for my small classroom.

My daughter loves playing with these and they provide great sensory input while staying mostly quiet. Whether twisting, shaking, listening to the sounds, or watching the sand or the glitter, there’s so many things to keep her attention! She even loves stacking these and knocking them over. These have held up extremely well considering how rough she is with them, and are safe and won’t leak. Would definitely recommend these fun little toys!

These are toddler must have ! Glitter , sand , musical beads , everything toddler can ask for ! Provided hours of entrainment . These also are extremely durable , my toddler throws these like mini hulk and there hasn’t been any chip or cracks. Still perfectly in tact ! They are the perfect size for toddler to hold, shake and throw lol

Although these a bit spendy in my opinion, I really love the quality! It is fun for kids and has lots of variety between the three shakers. I know it is meant for ages 3+, but my 10 month old loves to shake and look at these. The sound is quality, there is a variety of colors, and super easy to use! 10/10 would recommend! I did wait for a sale before purchasing, so watch those prices!!

Toys arrived safely in a plastic blister pack, so no doubt at all that they were new. The rain stick looks cute and sounds pretty nice, and also has this feature where you can turn the caps at both ends and it clicks? Kind of random, but I guess it’s added value. The sand one is very calming, although something may be slightly wrong in one direction- turned one way the sand falls slowly, but turned the other way it all just dumps into one layer and then trickles out of that layer. Not sure if it’s supposed to be like that. The glitter one has cute smiley face shaped glitters in it. I do wish something was added to the water to make the glitter fall slower. This seems like it’s in plain water, so the glitter basically just Sinks instead of floating around much when disturbed. However, these are really small complaints- overall these are good! And I think it was a good deal for the three of them when I bought them, although I know Amazon prices change a lot.

Preschool students loved them. Banged them around and still held together.

My non-verbal autistic grandson 3 years old loved these when he opened them. He has dropped and tossed them many times and they have never broken. His favorite initially was the one with the little balls rolling down and around. Then he went on to the glitter flowing up and down through the water from top to bottom. They were all very cute and easy for his little hands to hold. As for sound, the one with the balls in it is very loud and tends to get on your nerves after 30 minutes or more. That toy will disappear after about 30 minutes or more and return the next day. LOL

Got these for my 3 year old to put in his stocking for Christmas. He loves them! He lines them up, and enjoys watching them as he turns them all quickly, one by one. Built solid as heck, because he tosses them around a lot, and have not even begun to show any wear and tear 8 months later. And the price was excellent!
