Please tell me “exactly” how far apart the screw holes are in inches on these mirrors?

The mounting plate has slots to accommodate a range of distance between screws. I'm still using the (compatible) plate from the CIPA mirror that I broke, as the CIPA plate has an extra center hole and can accommodate both wider and narrower spacing. Video is a comparison of the measured drawings from the online instructions between this mirror and the CIPA 18000 which is VERY similar in appearance.

How tall is the mirror

Hi Jennifer, I'm not sure which dimension you are asking about. From base to top of mirror it's about 6 inches or so. The height of the mirror itself is about 3-4 inches I would estimate. I don't have the mirror in front of me. It's pretty standard size. It is plastic and not that great quality but it will get the job done and get you through safety check
