Product description Reusable, easy-to-use, cost-effective icer. Plastic with cool insulated handle. To use fill cup with water and freeze. Directions Fill cup with water and freeze Safety Warning Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Always thaw before use. Clean after each use. Review: Amazing! - I was converted to Ice Massage in college when I suffered significant knee pain. I began using these (and a foam roller; I've reviewed a great one if you're looking) as part of my rehab regiment. I wish I could tell you that these are a pain free device that will solve all of your problems and world hunger too, but unfortunately that would be lying. Ice massage, like most deep tissue massage, is not a wonderfully enjoyable experience at the time. If shortly after you exercise and use it with small, precise strokes hitting knots (you'll develop a feel for where they like to accumulate and it makes it easier to track them down) and work the knots out you will feel a million times better. One trick I have learned with these, if you fill them with HOT water it will freeze faster and you will have stronger, clearer ice, and its also less likely to break or be rough. You won't regret buying this, I highly recommend them for any athlete. Cons: Only things that should be expected (i.e. water melts, which means if you don't put a towel or something under you; you will get wet). Pros: Easy to use, Eases Pain, Great for getting yourself back to training fast. Review: Just Awesome - I had these suggested to me from my PT (Physical Therapist) and they work great. The only thing is that i use them in the shower. Freeze an area and then run the hot water over the spot. Great therapy.

5 star Cryocup Ice Massage Therapy Tool from Sammons Preston
I LOVE IT!!!! I was converted to Ice Massage in college when I suffered significant knee and shoulder pain. I began using these as part of my rehab treatment. You won't regret buying this, I highly recommend them for any athlete or ANYONE with some pain around the body. It is super easy to use, affordable, and eases the pain... what else do we want? :)

THE best treatment for Epicondylitis
Product: Cryocup Ice Massage Therapy Tool Rating: 4/5 (excellent) I've occasionally had problems with epicondylitis (aka "tennis elbow"), which as anyone who's ever had it knows, can be an infuriatingly persistent and slow to resolve condition. For me, ice massage (and the Cryocup in particular) has always helped to shorten the duration and severity of my flareups. After an initial overnight freeze, to use it all you have to do is park a folded towel in your lap under your arm, Pop the frozen ice massager out of it's mold cup, and massage the pain away for 10-12 mins, several times a day ... and it's easy to top off and refreeze between uses with a little cold water. This is a simple tool that works well and offers a lot of bang for the buck. Recommended. p.s. Very minor nit - it's too bad the handle can't be easily released from the ice, in case you want a frosty drink. ;)
