I’m sorry I don’t know the dimensions but I wouldn’t waste your money. Ice cubes are almost impossible to get out of trays.

Q: Are these bigger than 1/2” square?

I don’t think so, not at home. They are a perfect size. Not to big and not too small.

Q: Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes, but it is a PAIN to get ice cubes out!
