I ordered this the 7th of January of 21 this year its the 16th this is 4 dollars shipping prime or not is it going to be alive when it arrives?

I can only tell you that it is very well packed and should be just fine when it arrives.

Is there Pine trees that do not not make pine cones?

All trees have reproductive parts. Cones hold seed; seed and cones are the trees method of reproducing.

How long can I grow this in a pot before needing to put it in the ground?

Small seedlings should be potted into 3-5 gallon containers to grow out root mass prior to landscape planting. Seedlings can stay containerized as long as their root systems remain vigorous.
